Cornerstone has small groups designed for people to “connect” with others and deepen their relationships with both Christ and His “body,” the church. The two different kinds of small groups we have are Sunday Study classes (9am Sundays) and “LIFE” groups (meeting throughout the week). Our Sunday classes emphasize primarily the “teaching/learning” element of Christian growth, whereas our LIFE groups feature more of the “relational” aspect of being followers of Christ. We greatly encourage involvement in both of these for
a balanced foundation in your Christian journey (Luke 6:12-16; Acts 2:42-47). More ways to get “connected” throughout the week include the senior high “family room,” LLL “Living Longer and Loving it” (seniors), AWANA children’s ministry, Wed. student “Revolution,” and the Wed night meal.

sunday study classes
We currently have several adult study classes to choose from, which meet each Sunday at 9am.

C.I.A. is a class for young married couples.

S.W.A.T. is an energetic co-ed class of couples and single striving for the goal of “Standing, Walking, and Talking” for Christ. The class features Bible Study subjects with primarily expositional/lecture style format. They meet through the door to the right at the south side of the main worship center.

Family Ties is a co-ed study class for couples and singles featuring a common theme of growing families in Christ. The teaching approach is mostly discussion oriented with some book/DVD material supplements. The Family Ties class meets in the sectioned off area through the first door to your right in the main entryway (next to the preschool classes)

F.B.I. (Fun Biblical Investigation) is a co-ed study class for couples and singles with dynamic discussion related to Biblical “investigation” and application. The FBI class meets in the sectioned off area of the main worship center that can be discovered by going straight to your left as you go through the main entryway of the main worship center doors.

W4C (Woman for Christ) is a “ladies only” study class designed to meet the needs of women striving to be Christ-like in their everyday lives. The W4C class meets in the south side of the building through the left doors of the main worship center area (in the student “lounge” room).

Revolution Students emerge at 9am on Sundays with an intentional plan to learn how to be a “Revolution.” Grades 6th through 12th are invited to attend this interactive time designed with the purpose of engaging students in teaching that will refine them and relational activities that will connect them with their peers. The Revolution student area is located in the south side of the building through the far left doors as you cross through the main worship center area.

Cornerstone Kids : Our Cornerstone Kids classes feature a time of both fun and learning for kids ages Kindergarten through the 5th grade. Bible stories, music, and crafts are featured. This time is uniquely geared to help kids become more like Jesus. Our K-5th children’s classes are located in the west side of the building through the door to the left of the Children’s Welcome Shack.

Preschool Classes: Preschool learning is very much a part of the Cornerstone experience. Classes for children ages birth through 5 years are prepared with love to help children develop in these important formative years. Our preschool care and learning center is located on the west side of the property through the door to the right of the Children’s Welcome Shack in the main entryway area.
